Importance of Communication while building projects
Hola Todas! I’m here again with a new important insight to share and this time my focus is on communication. So when this word tap in your mind what do you think it is?
According to Wikipedia, Communication is the imparting or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium. Now why do we need to communicate? To let the other person know where we are and what is happening.
So now let us focus on the current situation we are in : mostly working from home on different projects and that is the time when most of us face difficulty in clarity especially when working on a new project.
Communication is an important key while working remotely. The more you do the more you’ll get clarity of what’s actually happening. This doesn’t mean limping on frequent meetings to get through but asking more questions about the task.
The more clarity you get, more you’ll be able to save time as well as work productively. The reason why i’m advising you to ask more questions is because incomplete information can lead you to miscommunication.
Acknowledgement is one more powerful pointer to keep in mind while working on doing some tasks. The more you acknowledge the more easy it’ll be for other people to get along with you.
There’s one more thing you need to keep in mind! Especially if you’re working from home. It’s easy to feel lazy and go with the flow of whatever you have in the order but when you make a clarity of things you’ll be working on and sort it priority-wise it will effectively smoother out work-order for you.
